2. INFORMATION COLLECTION PRACTICES
2.1 Types of Information Collected
(a) Traffic Data Collected. We automatically track and collect the following categories of information when you visit our site: (1) Site activity, including who is on at a given time (as identified by IP addresses) and information about page views, hits, visits, bandwidth, repeat visitors, entry and exit points, site paths, and referring sites; (2) types of computers accessing the Site; (3) browser types, operating systems, languages, and tags; and (4) geographic data (collectively "Traffic Data"). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you but is helpful for marketing purposes or for improving your experience on the Site. We also use "cookies" to store your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Site and to keep your shopping cart populated.
(b) Personal Information Collected. In order for you to purchase the video footage we offer on the Site, you must provide us with certain information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). Personal information includes the following categories of information: (1) Registration data (company name, show or project title, contact name, email address, mailing address, and phone and fax numbers); (2) Purchasing data (description of material, license agreement information, and method of shipment). If you communicate with us by e-mail, any information provided by such communication may be collected as Personal Information.
2.2 Uses of Information Collected
(a) Company Use of Personal Information. Your Personal Information is used exclusively by the Site and its owner, Entertainment Television Services, Inc. We use it solely for the purpose of responding to prospective and current customer requests for video footage clips. We do not use your Personal Information to send you unsolicited information or promotional material.
(b) User choice regarding collection of personal information. You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. In such an event, however, you can search our library of video footage, but you will not be able to make a purchase.
3. Confidentiality and Security of Personal Information
3.1 User Ability to Access, Update, and Correct Personal Information. We maintain a procedure in order to help you confirm that your Personal Information remains correct and up-to-date. At any time, you may update your Personal Information by sending a request via email to email@example.com.
3.2 Lost or Stolen Information. You are responsible for protecting your username and password. If you lose control of this information, you may lose control over your Personal Information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. If you suspect that your password has been compromised in any way, you must promptly notify us at michael@CelebrityFootage.com or (310) 360-9600. We will then remove your password from your account and update our records accordingly.
